Otis was born and raised in eastern North Carolina and relocated to central North Carolina
shortly after graduating from college. He has traveled to every state in United States except 10,
but North Carolina is home to him.
Otis has worked in various roles in client service and administration during his 25+ year career
in health care which he acquired important skills that serve him in his role as a Notary Public.
These skills include Communication, Client Relations, Document Management, Time
Management, Regulatory Compliance, Evaluating and Developing Systems.
Otis has always had a passion for helping others. Serving the public as a Notary since 1999 is a
passion. It is his mission to help those in need to accomplish their goals.
